Hands-on healing has been around since Ancient times and traditional Usui Reiki has been around since the late 1800’s and was brought to the forefront by Mikao Usui. It works on four different bodies: the physical, the emotional, the spiritual and the energetic.

As humans it’s difficult to truly understand how connected we all are. Sure, we are connected to the people that we physically interact with, but it’s our energetic connectedness that is not easily felt or recognized.

The Third Eye is located between the eyebrows just above the bridge or your nose and is represented by the color Purple. This chakra is connected to your Pineal Gland, which regulates your sleep and wake times and is tuned into your higher level of consciousness.

The Throat Chakra is located in the center of the neck and is represented by the color Blue. Tied to your thyroid gland, this chakra represents the element of Sound, helping you to communicate and express yourself.

The Heart Chakra sits in the center of the chest and is associated with the color Green or Pink.
