Think back to 2018. Not to what was happening in the news - though that has its own story, which we’ll come to. Think about your own life. Where were you financially? What felt solid, dependable, yours? What did you believe about how the world worked - about money, about security, about what it meant to have a stable place to stand?

There is a particular quality to the heaviness right now. Not dramatic, not loud. Just a weight that has settled somewhere between the chest and the throat and doesn’t seem to lift, no matter how much sleep you get or news you stop reading or breath you remember to take.

Re-turn to what actually matters to you, stripped of what you inherited and what you fear and what you perform. Re-imagine - truly, from the roots of your own experience and knowing - what kind of life, what kind of world, what kind of human future is actually possible. Re-member that every system you are watching collapse was built by human imagination. Not by gods or laws of nature. By people who imagined it into existence, generation by generation, until the imagining became assumption became reality.

The most spiritually dangerous moments in my life haven’t come from darkness. They’ve come dressed in light language, higher purpose and the promise of becoming ‘more.” There’s a specific kind of exhaustion that comes from betraying yourself in the name of evolution. It doesn’t announce itself. It seeps in slowly, until one day you realize: you’ve been leaking energy in a place you thought you were being filled and your entire energy field has become fragmented.

Scroll your feed on any platform and you will see it: a hurling of extreme viewpoints, purposefully designed to stir our tribal alliances, rooted in splintering us into little factions of aligned ideals that create a deepening divide that feels too enormous to ever bridge.

I recently posted a video on social media about the importance of trying to look at everything these days from a place of neutrality. While this concept was generally accepted by those who follow me, I received a pointed comment that essentially implied I was "dangerous" for promoting this idea.

We are all a speck of brilliantly bright dust within the vast landscape of the deep universe. Our light has the ability to shine brightly and pave a path of impeccable splendor that can make a ripple turn into a wave with our intensity.

As a young child, our basic needs for food, shelter, safety and a sense of belonging is developed through our tribal culture - both from our immediate family unit and the community at-large.

Every thought, emotion, experience and encounter is recorded in your personal history book. All of these sources of your history travel through your physical body through energy first that then turns into biological responses that are stored at the cellular level.

Energy is the currency of the universe.

The Heart Chakra sits in the center of the chest and is associated with the color Green or Pink.

Located in your upper abdomen, your Solar Plexus Chakra is your personal power center.

Sitting in the lower abdomen the Sacral Chakra is your passion and creativity center.

The root chakra sits at the base of your spine and grounds you to Mother Earth.

Energy. We all have it. We are all made of it. We are all connected to each other by it.
